To maintain product integrity and hygiene standards, our returns and refunds follow strict conditions.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Return or exchange requests are accepted only if all conditions below are met:
The product should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn
Original tags and packaging must be intact
Request must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery
The product must have a verified sizing issue or manufacturing defect
Products failing any of the above conditions will be rejected without exception.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return/exchange/refund:
Customized / Made-to-measure / Altered products
Sale or Discounted items
Accessories
Minor variations in color due to screen/lighting differences
Requests based on personal preference or fit/style misunderstanding will not be accepted.
Exchange Guidelines
Exchange is permitted only for size or verified manufacturing defects.
Exchange will be provided for the same style only
Price differences (if choosing a different product) must be paid by the customer
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if a wrong product is delivered or if a defect is confirmed.
Approved refunds will be processed as:
Store Credit
or
Bank Transfer (only if applicable)
Refunds take 7–10 working days after approval.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Items damaged during return transit due to poor packaging will be rejected

Final Decision: Shrihan Atelier reserves the right to approve or reject any return/exchange request based on product inspection and policy rules.
